Übrigens meine Schüssel läuft wieder ! Boyer Conversion Kit + 2 * 6 V ZS, elektr. Gleichrichter und 9 Ah Batterie.
Die Lima reicht mit 120 W jedenfals bei mir völlig aus.
Was mich einige Monate zum Narren
gehalten hat war die Leerlaufdüse am linken Amal.Ich hatte an dieser Stelle eine neue LLD eingebaut. Und sie stotterte nur vor sich hin; ich dachte anner Zündung, ZS, Statorplatte etc. lag es.
Zum Schluss habe ich nur die Leerlaufdüsen vertauscht. Das wars. Fast ne ganze Saison im A....
Hab aber heute schon wieder Einiges aufgeholt.

PS: Eine Fehlerquelle an der Statorplatte hielt ich für einigermaßen plausibel. Boyer Brandsen hatte nach einigen Anfragen damit rausgerückt

Try swapping over the ignition plug caps, if the fault is with the ignition components the symptoms of the problem cylinder will transfer with the plug leads.
Weak sparks are usually caused by a poor live feed or earth. Use a 21 watt lamp to test that the live feed and earth connections are giving 12 volts 'under load' and does not show any intermittant connections.
Another possible fault is to check for any light contact between the magnetic rotor and the rear side if the stator pick-up plate, the solder joints on the rear of the plate should not show any "scratches" from the rotor magnet screws.
